Батик-это древнейший способ росписи ткани, своеобразный вид оформления текстильных изделий уходящий своими корнями в глубокую древность. Суть этих способов, заключается в том, что участки ткани, не подлежавшие окрашиванию, покрываются различными смолами или пчелиным воском, последние впитываясь в ткань, защищают ее от воздействия краски. Нежность шелка, яркость цвета захватывают и увлекают в мир форм и чувств. В холодном батике, контур, разграничивает пространство плоскости в соответствии с рисунком и задумкой, не дает растекаться краске и смешиваться между собой на полотне. Терапия тесно перекликается с росписью по шелку. Можно рассматривать вопросы:
Работа на контрасте светлых и темных пятен (смотреть, что параллельно происходит в жизни), сколько их, в каком количестве, какой они формы, что это значит для клиента и т. д.
Горячий батик интересен тем, что здесь послойно наносится горячий воск и краска по принципу от светлого к темному. К завершению все пространство шелка заполняется воском. Способ послойного нанесения воска, а затем его удаления сравним с жизнью. После удаления воска, мы получаем новую картину (а в терапии мы можем по другому посмотреть на жизнь). Техника свободной росписи, говорит сама за себя, здесь нет границ, контуров, пределов. Краска растекается по шелку, важно направить ее в соответствии с задумкой. Батик уникален, как процесс создания художественных ценностей. Он радует глаз. Картины на ткани всегда украшали интерьеры ценителей искусства и красоты.

Batik is the most ancient means of dyeing cloth; it is a specific way of trimming fabric tracing its background in ancient times. The gist of this means is that some patches of fabric (which are not to be dyed) are covered with various resists or beeswax, the latter then penetrates into the fabric, protecting it from the dyes. The smoothness of silk and the brightness of colour captivate and beckon you into the world of forms and senses. In cold batik, the outline defines the space of the plane in accordance with the picture and the idea, it gives no way for the dyes to spread and to mingle on the canvas. Therapy is closely connected with dyeing silk. We can consider the following points: working on the contrast of light and dark spots (meanwhile noticing the events in life), their quantity, their form, their meaning for the client, etc. Hot batik is interesting for hot wax and dyes which are applied layer-by-layer according to the principle “from the light to the dark”. On completion, the whole space of silk is filled with wax. The method of the layerwise wax application and then its removal is similar to life. After removing the wax, we get a new picture (in therapy we can look at life from a different angle). The technique of free painting speaks for itself. There are no boundaries, no outlines and no limits here. The dyes spread along the silk, one moment is but important – to direct it exactly where you have planned to. Batik is as unique as the process of creating pieces of art. It appeals to your eye-sight. The pictures on fabric have always adorned the interiors of connoisseurs of art and beauty. The state of mind, the depth and the extent of its purity will surely reflect in the performed piece of work, regardless of the will of the artist himself: batik is a mirror of the artist’s soul. I try to encrust each and every work I perform with a piece of my soul, my dreams and my inspiration.
